Trucos para inspirarse

, tips para sentirte satisfecha :)


1 ) - con cada bocado, toma un buen trago de agua fria, eso te ayudara a sentirte satisfecha rapido.

2 ) - Mastica Chicles de menta SIN AZUCAR! te ayudaran con la ansiedad.

3 ) - Puedes comer hielo si sientes mucha hambre!

4 ) - Cuando vallas a salir a alguna parte, nunca salgas con dinero, asi no tendras tentaciones de comprar comida.

5 ) - No purges tan seguido, te destrosaras la flora intestinal.

6 ) - Usa sustitutos de azucar.

7 ) - toma muchisima agua, te hidrata y con la orina sacas todas las toxinas y calorias.

8) - Cuando sientas , ardor o dolor en el estomago, toma cosas suaves, te ayudaran a quitar el ardor o dolor.

9 ) - Mastica despacio, asi engañaras a tu estomago, y te sentiras satisfecha mas rapido, : )

10 ) - Has ejercicio, sal con amigos, tu novio, has actividades, asi no tendras que pensar en el hambre.
